The well-maintained estate of 15 hectares is situated at the top of a small hill, surrounded by 300-year-old oaks, Lebanon-cedars, plane trees, hazel trees, plum trees, walnut trees, several ponds and even a private vineyard.

La Grange, the residence of the former riding master, was wonderfully restored in 2002, combining today's comforts with an atmosphere of the past.
Le Pigeonnier (tower), the symbol of the previous landed nobility, consists of plum-ovens for the production of the well-known Pruneaux d'Agen and a nice garage for carriages and agricultural equipment.
Le Pigeonnier was recently restored in 2003 and is available as accommodations for 2 persons.
